General Policies

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID.

Please arrive early to complete any required paperwork.

If you will be late, kindly notify me in advance. I understand delays happen, but please respect everyone's time. A delay of even 10-15 minutes can disrupt my schedule. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Confirmation messages will be sent a week before your appointment. Please respond to confirm, or you may lose your appointment.

I cannot tattoo over sunburned, injured, or irritated skin, including rashes or scabs. I can tattoo over stretch marks and scars, provided the area is evaluated beforehand. If you arrive with sunburn, injury, or rash on the area to be tattooed, you will need to reschedule or change the placement, and your deposit will be forfeited if rescheduling is necessary.

If you have taken antibiotics in the past week, I cannot proceed with the tattoo.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit amount may vary depending on the size of the work (small or large scale).

Deposits will be applied to the cost of the session. If multiple sessions are needed, a deposit is required for each appointment.

A one-week notice is required to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. (I understand emergencies happen—communication is key. Please keep me informed if you are unable to attend your appointment, and I will try to accommodate you.) If proper notice is not given, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

If you reschedule the same appointment twice, a new deposit will be required. Repeated reschedules for a flash design may result in the forfeiture of the drawing.

You must reschedule within one year, or your deposit will be forfeited (exceptions apply for pregnancy and breastfeeding).

Appointments will not be held without a paid deposit.

CUSTOM WORK:

I specialize in custom tattoo work, meaning I will create unique designs based on my concepts and style.

Drawings will not be shown before your appointment unless otherwise specified. Please trust the process; I am happy to make any necessary adjustments to the design on the day of your appointment.

I do not replicate another artist’s work, even with their permission.

By placing a deposit and agreeing to be tattooed, you acknowledge that you are commissioning a unique piece of art created by me. I will take your ideas and concepts into account to bring your vision to life. You are granting me creative control throughout the tattoo process.

Any significant or last-minute changes to the design or concept after booking may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. It is your responsibility to communicate all desired details and elements of your tattoo before your appointment.

*Estimate*

Arm sleeve- 5-7 full day sessions (Half sleeve will require 2 – 4)

Leg sleeve - 9-11 full day sessions (Half leg sleeve will require 3 – 6)

Full Back piece - 5-9 full day sessions

A photo of the area to be tattooed is required before scheduling or accepting any deposits. This helps determine if there are existing tattoos or cover-ups, the size of the area, and which colors will work best with your skin tone.

While it’s difficult to provide an exact price, I can give you an estimated range based on the project’s size and details. Pricing may change depending on the final size and complexity.

By booking this appointment, you agree to pay for the full session price. If you do not complete the full duration of your session, payment will still be required.

Large-scale projects are a significant commitment, and I dedicate time and care to each piece. I understand life events such as illness, financial issues, or pregnancy may arise, and communication is essential. If more than a year passes without communication, your design may be offered to another client who is ready and committed. This policy helps prevent unfinished multi-session projects.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON TATTOO DAY:

All drawings will be finalized on the day of your appointment. I do not send artwork before the scheduled appointment. Minor adjustments can be made on the day. This requires trust, and I will always strive to give my best for each client.

A lunch break will be included during the session, though clients are encouraged to bring snacks and water. We can also order food, as the shop is surrounded by great restaurants.

Please bring comfortable, accessible clothing and shoes for your session. A sweatshirt, robe, or blanket is recommended, as tattoo sessions can often leave clients feeling cold despite our best efforts to maintain a comfortable temperature. Please inquire if your unsure what to wear for your specific project.

I will provide aftercare instructions and supplies for your tattoo, explaining how to use them. I offer two methods of aftercare and will recommend the best one for your tattoo once we are finished.

If you arrive with numbing cream, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be rescheduled.

Please check with me before bringing any guests. No one under 18 is allowed in the studio at any time.

I reserve the right to send you home if you appear visibly sick or unwell. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited. If you're not feeling well, please communicate with me, and we can reschedule your appointment.

AFTERCARE:

Aftercare is included with your tattoo. I will provide lotion and a second-skin bandage.

The bandage should remain on for 3-5 days. (For full-color tattoos, a second piece will be provided to change after 24 hours.) You can shower and go about your daily activities with the bandage on, but I do not recommend working out. The bandage acts as a scab to promote healing, and it’s normal to see liquid under the bandage.

After the required days, remove the bandage slowly in the shower using anti-microbial soap (I recommend Dr. Bronner’s Baby Castile) and water. Gently pat the tattoo dry with clean paper towels. Avoid picking, scratching, or itching the tattoo while it heals. The tattoo should not be exposed to direct sunlight or submerged in water until fully healed (usually 2 weeks).

Apply lotion 2-3 times a day in thin layers. Using too much lotion can suffocate the tattoo and cause poor healing.
